My transformer is approximately 22 years old and terminals C and D (left side) went dead. Started out losing power intermittently and then lost all power.  When the throttle is engaged the red light blinks and does not trip the breaker in the brick. I have switched blocks with no luck and have tested the cord to the transformer and getting 19+ volts. Thanks

Again, per that topic and let's be honest, true of many electronic transformers and devices- there is a chance it is repairable typically the output control devices provided the core logic and microcontroller is not damaged. Typically TRIACs or FETs. That said, not everyone has the skills or is willing to work at that level, and literally no guarantee that putting money and time into it brings it back.

You might go to shows, auctions, and find a controller as the ZW-C was known to be semi problematic anyway (between the brackets breaking, known Legacy firmware issue) and might find just a controller without the bricks because someone sold the bricks. I know in the last 2 years, I sold 2 of them  but have none at the moment.
