I have a Lionmaster challenger( 6-82698 ) that the front drive wheels stopped working yesterday.  I took the shell off and found one wire to the front drive motor had come loose. Soldered the wire back on and put in back on the layout and started it up. Ran about a foot and tripped the breaker.  Breaker now trips instantaneously upon powering the tracks.

Took everything back apart.  Checked for any wiring issues as far as something pinched, insulation missing or damaged, etc.  Any ideas what to do from here?

Ok so since I'm not well steeped in modern train repairs yet I started some process of elimination.

Come to find that leaving the front most plug on the board stops the breaker from tripping. Obviously the blue and yellow go to a motor. Going to disconnect motor and wires and go from there. IMG_1020
