Llano, TX caboose | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

When we travel to Austin, TX the route takes us through the small town of Llano, and we pass by the remnants of their abandoned railroad. This wide vision waycar sits at the end-of-track near the highway. Chessie fans will love it because it now sports a fresh coat of C & O paint. I will try to get a picture the next time I pass through...it was pouring rain on my last visit.

Took awhile, but I found the answer.

After following the link use the Search icon and search “chessie”.

Just curious why it got C&O paint?
