Long Island Train Shows

Coach Joe! Gone are the days of st Vincent DePaul ! Miss that show. Maybe Bob will know if there any local shows.

Pierre that was a great show, upstairs, downstairs in the hallway.  I know we've talked about it before.  We probably paced the boards of the gym floor at the same time and never even met.

Bob and I will grab lunch and visit a train store while I'm there if both schedules work out.

Trainmasters of Babylon will have an open house this Thanksgiving at our new location in Dix Hills, NY

Yes I saw that recently, not sure if it was here but where else would I have seen that?

If im not mistaken i think Lindenhurst is the weekend after Thanksgiving.  I think. Ill look at some of the flyers i git home

Hey couch Joe, i just found out that Greenbergs in Edison NJ November 23rd and 24th is happening. New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center. A bit of a drive from the island but maybe worth a day trip.

Thanks Pierre.  It's been a long time since I've been to a Greenbergs show.  They would come out to the Island but that hasn't been for quite some time.  I remember it at Stony Brook University, where I bought some Korber kits from Leo Korber himself, and later at Hofstra.  They were really good shows back then I don't know how good they are now.  It's a two hour trip one way so I'll have to mull that one over.

Does anybody remember when the Greenberg shows were held at the Colony Hill? I guess I am dating myself.
