I have tried Jeff my normal Parts Contact, and was wondering if anyone had an operational motor I could buy until I get the original repaired?
Or if you have used anyone that you would recommend to have the motor repaired.

Try Bob Hannon...hannon@trainrefs.com. He has done several motors for me. Top quality work.
I might have one. I'd have to find it. I have several motors, some with wheels, some without, but I've had so many 264E/265E engines I'm almost positive I've got one somewhere. I know all of them are in running order, even the ones without drivers on them.
It's a good motor, but not a motor that is worth putting a lot of money into for repairs, in my opinion. You are probably better off finding a good replacement, and using yours for spare parts or sell it to someone else.
