I am looking for a few strong flat magnets. I need them to hold the facade of my layout on, but make it so I can remove it fairly easy.

Go to Amazon and enter “strong flat magnet”.
There are many available cheap.
supermagnetman.com amazing amount of choices!
I found a package of very strong flat 1/4" thick magnets in Harbor freight'. Cheap and work great. 4 in a package..
Jim, K&J Magnetics . They have every size shape and strength magnet you could ever want. I bought some from them, and am using one in my hump yard, to uncouple everything! Works great.
Weight varies from about .04 to 15lbs. on cheap industrial "cabnetry magnets". There are stronger for sure though, 15lbs. is in the $10 range by now I'd guess. Boat stores & their catalogs are nice source for odd, usually very high quality cabnetry items.
Flat? Like rubberized sheet magnet? Sign shops/graphic supply & likely heavier at boat shops for sewing into tops, upholstery, shades/curtains/flaps/etc.
The catalog at Grainger might give you ideas, I'm not sure enough of exactly what's planned to get more specific.
Is this to hold an access panel or fascia board ? Is it made of metal or wood ?

+1. This is the place I use. They specialize is neodymium magnets which are considerably stronger for their size than any other material. Consider that when making your selection. A pair of magnets a square inch or larger could probably lift your body weight.

It will hold on the whole front fasade. A 6ft 8in x 4ft board. It is a light weight Luan sheet.
Here is what I ended up ordering.
Elliot has the right answer, K&J has everything you can imagine!
