Sorry Jarrod, I'm over in Butler, a little too far.  I hope you find some members in the State College area!

I think there's a Penn State model railroad club, but I'm not sure. I'd also look for any nearby TCA members.

Yes, there is or at least there was, a Penn State Model Railroad Club.  When I was a student there many, many years ago, they had an HO layout in the HUB (the Hetzel main student union building).  Because it was HO, I didn’t join the club.  I don’t know if it is still there.

There is a model rr club in Clearfield they were talking about doing an o scale layout last year when they started it
