Looking For Monongahela Railroad Light Mikado Tender Modifications

The Monongahela Railroad received10 USRA Light Mikados. There's a photo of a Monongahela light Mikado on page 67 of the May 1985 issue of Mainline Modeler. The article mentions tender modifications and in the photo it looks like the sides of the tender were made taller. Does anyone know where drawings or other information on the modifications would be?
