looking for paperwork for TCA operating SG derrick | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

hi!

I have a 219 like Standard Gauge derrick done for the TCA in 2005. Green and cream. Has motors installed in it as well as an electromagnet.

Would anyone have instructions for it that they might be willing to scan in or photocopy?

The instructions for the MTH motorized 219 crane car should be the same for the accessory model. There are three slide switches inside the rear door of the cab. One raises or lowers the boom and the center position is OFF. The second similar switch raises or lowers the hook with the center position being OFF. The third switch turns the magnet on or off and the red light in the cab indicates ON. The external control is a brass knob on the rear of the cab deck whose center position is OFF. Moving it to the right or left rotates the cab clockwise or counter clockwise. Operating voltage should be about 16 VAC. Easy peasy! ☺

works flawlessly! Very well done unit.

No problem picking up a 1/4" drill bit. 282 would not do that.
