Looking for Someone to do some detail work on a MTH H-3 2-8-0

I am not a great artist or any good what so ever at applying decals so I am looking for someone to detail and decal my recent purchase.

I have a MTH H-3 built by MTH in the mid 2000's and I would like for someone to decal it and paint it for me.
