I found an article (MR Dec. 1964) on Ma & Pa caboose #2002, as it was built in 1905. Is this caboose still in existence. The article states a side door was added in 1961 but does not picture that later version. Are photos of that version around?

If it does, it is probably at Strasburg. I bet they have a website. I remember climbing on their two axle cabooses at Towson station.
Thanks, Lee...the Dec. 1964 MR has plans for the pre-door version but not this photo.
With the fans that are out there for the Ma & Pa, I was hoping it was preserved somewhere, maybe the Baltimore Museum, since not at Strasburg or the Pa. RR Museum.
Are the caboose and that passenger car (RPO?) still at the station in New Oxford, after they moved the two cars that made up that closed hobby shop across the road? If that is an old Ma&Pa caboose, I will have to take a closer look when at York.
The caboose and the baggage car at the station were not connected to the now closed train store which was across the street. They are still there. In fact, the New Oxford station is occupied by a very nice club, the Conewago Valley Model Railroad club.
