The Marlboro show is all trains most of which are HO.   The Greenberg show is more toys and trains with much more 0 gauge to see.  Both shows feature many operating layouts.  If you're more into 3 rail the Greenberg show is better.  Scale modelers would probably prefer the Marlboro show.  RICH

I recommend The Big E in Springfield MA in January.

The Big E has HO, N and O Gauges, and is great for scenery materials, boats, barges, structures and figures, as well as trains IMO.

Thanks Arnold. I went to the Springfield fair in September and was given a pamphlet from the Amherst Railway Society about the show. I would like to go to that one, especially after talking to one of the club members. It’s just a tough time of year to put on a show knowing how our New England winters can be.
