Very well researched and written! The writer has all the facts straight.
In 2002 my wife, myself and about 36 others plus crew rode a tri-weekly train from Portland to Montreal operated by the Arcadian Railroad. This train was suppose to run for at least 5 years but the costs charged by the owners of the rails the trains operated on made operating this train too expensive.
