K-Line was selling The man hole covers that would hide the screw holes on there Superstreets. You shold see them in the Bay from time to time.

In my work, I use metal buttons from the fabric store .They come in a variety of types and styles and are inexpensive and to the naked eye make great covers.!
Just google (images) "manhole covers" and "sewer grates". Then select the ones you like and print them. Hundreds to choose from.
