This has been the winter of repair (not despair) for me. I had two instances in which I needed a replacement part, one from MTH ( a coupler that decided to come apart) one from Atlas (a coupler that well, let's just say the engineer wasn't paying attention.) In both instances the response via email was fast, polite, to the point and the parts arrived in 72 hours. Say what you will about some manufacturers, but these two were a pleasure. Even better is both items are now fixed and on the rails.

I can say the same for Lionel, but not a few others or one online retailer lol
