I'm not up to speed on Marx as my exposure to it is limited. I cannot seem to find the catalog number for the nicer post war Gantry Crane. It has a die cast black base with a NYC cab similar to the one used on the 5590 Crane Car. It also has a light under the deck. Can someone tell me the catalog number and anything about this crane, scarcity etc.

It is 1460. Not real common, but I wouldn't call them rare. Made from 1955-57, The book range is $50-90.00.

I have one of these, it looks very similar to the Lionel 6560 series. I am still looking for one with the searchlight on top.
