Marx m10005 Union Pacific streamliner

Any one know what years the m10005 UP streamliner came with reverse?

According to Matzke's book - Greenberg Guide to Marx Trains pp. 70 the only version of the M10005 with a reverse was offered in the silver/blue/red litho scheme and in 1952 only. There are several variations with a stop-go switch but this is not the same as a reversing unit.
