The list of items that were/are in the past and upcoming Maurer auctions can be viewed here: http://www.maurerail.com
Ted used to allow viewing during the auctions until there were too many sticky fingered characters attending the auctions.
If you read their website you'll see that they allow placing of phone bids up to the day before the auction.

Actually, there are always 50 lots present on the front tables. You are allowed to pick up items and inspect them prior to them being auctioned. I have even examined an item while people were bidding on them. Also, the Thanksgiving Auction featured a 550-lot MODERN ERA auction in the other room. All shelf queens new in the box for 50 to 70 cents on the dollar. There are at least as many MODERN auctions as postwar etc. There is a preview on Friday nights from 7 to 9 PM...you can call and get a HONEST description of any item in either room. Or you can get your butt up and preview from 8 to 10 AM on Saturday. Maurer's did one LIVE AUCTIONEER deal, and suffered 3 tables of returns due to people not satisfied with grading. Maurer does not grade...AND Live Auctioneers results in increased premiums to seller and buyer. This is a free Forum, but please stick to the facts. AND EDDIE, how many BOXED EXCELLENT PLUS PREWAR do you have??? Might wanna stick to the how many days to York threads!!! Your posts are very negative...appreciate the time involved in sharing the pictures with others!!!
