Well, I was hoping it was close to York, so if in the area, I'd go explore it, although the watermill for which structure plans are offered is probably long gone, although there is a good photo of the mill, implying it might have made it into the '30's or '40's.  Probably have a plant making Prell on that millsite now, sounds like.  Pennsylvania does have a few water mills surviving.  During the Atlas reefer boom I researched P&G hoping they'd have some company cars that would be applicable to the Atlas reefer series, but every car of theirs I came up  with was a nonstandard car, one Atlas did not have the molds for, and some of them were unusual, in length, etc.

It is an old Lehigh Valley town. Today it is where the Reading & Northern meets the Lehigh Railway.

Traditional traffic plus the surge from fracking keep the rails shiny.

You may want to contact Mike Rose on The Scotty Mason Show Podcast. Mike is a prototype modeler who is modeling that area.  He has made several trips to Mehoopany to research structures and other features in the area.

Contact him at:  mikerosehobbies AT gmail.com

Here are some of his pictures identifying structures in the area:
