Was in my local Menards today and found this PRR with a tarped and chained load. I don't know if it's new or old but I've never seen it on line so I had to have it. What do you think?

Rick,
It looks good! Did you go to Menards in Warren, O? It wasn't there last I looked Massillon was the closest to me, 2 1/2 hours. Warren is at least an hour closer.
Thank you

Well, that's two of us...and probably quite a few more. Nice car! I would buy one for sure.
I bought one of these last year. One of my favorite cars I own, and simply do not understand why they haven't offered more flats with loads like this. One of their nicest cars, period.
Sure is nice. I too wish we had a Menard's near us.

They are developing the Detroit market. I think we have two so far, west around Novi/Canton is covered, and one is still coming to Southgate/ Taylor (about 7 miles for me, I can hardly wait). Finally, I can't see them skipping the north side; I thought there was one around 15&Gratiot already?

Yes Mark, it was the Warren store. They only have the train stuff at Christmas.
Looks cool! Wish I had one for my 0-27 style PRR work train, pulled by a BEEP of course.

Thank you! I will have to keep it in mind if I get up that way. I can see it isn't far for you!
That's cool! We are jealous out West here we sadly have no Menard's:-(
Was it ever offered on-line? I don't remember seeing it in their catalog! I like it, a lot!
I do not think it was offered on line, it was just in store last Christmas season also this flatcar with truck bodies.

Wonder how the decision is made as to what is offered on line and what is offered only in stores! Probably leave it up to Cabinet Bob! LOL

And maybe a guest appearance of Cabinet Bob!! LOL We could have the meeting in the stands Bob!!

I'm pretty sure it is Nick.
Sorry for any bubble bursting, but yes, that PRR flat is one of those $7.99 semi-scale flats with a $12.00 tarp load.
