It looks like Menards has picked up the tooling for a model line that I think MTH had for some time.

In fact, the MTH line was also quite familiar to me, because it was identical (except in size, of course) to the line of N scale model houses that Model Power sold in the 1980s. I have several of those.

Note that the buildings use some of the same components with varied details to represent different structures. Nice design overall.

I assume these are indeed plastic and not MDF.

Jim: These are molded plastic with no interior lighting and no base. there is window lining in all windows. Hope this helps.. Bob
