As always, Eric, a fabulous review and another fantastic building from Menard's too! My only wish is that Menard's would do second manufacturing runs when their buildings sell out as it seems now their policy is "one (production run) and done".

Btw, I also enjoy the blooper outtakes you included at the end of your video.

Terrific video and review. I have to agree, the Menards building's may be one of the best deals in O Gauge railroading. Menards certainly has made their presence known in the hobby.

Great review , great building(s)! Just selling it for 88.99 on their website:-) But despite the German shepherd they do unfortunately not deliver to Germany 😭 Or do they? I also like their UFO scene... awesome !

Thanks for the fantastic review.  This is by far one of the best structures that Menard's has offered.  I hope they don't sell out before my budget allows a purchase next month.  Maybe my accountant (AKA  SWMBO, AKA wife of 55 yrs) will give me an advance.
