Menards power supply "wall warts"

Are the current crop of Menards power supplies switchers with a steady 4.5VDC outputs? Or are they the old transformer, diode and just maybe a capacitor cube whose output voltage varies with loading?

I have some non-Menard items that require a steady 4.5V and these would fill the bill.
