My tubular (and Fastrack) track cutting tool is a RotoZip with a right-angle cutting wheel attachment. I have a jig - a block of wood with three grooves to hold the track that keeps the cut square with the track. The R.A. attachment has a guide fence that rides along the wood block. The Rotozip cutoff wheels are a little thinner than the cutoff wheels for my R.A. grinder.
