How about a classic 1920s-era bungalow? It was one of the most popular housing styles for almost a quarter century across the country and one that hasn’t been modeled (aside from the smaller early East Coast bungalow style variants).

My block has a dozen variations from that era, including mine (which I call an oversized bungalow because of its unusual height).

X2  We literally have 1000's of these houses of various styles in the metro Baltimore area.  I'm in for a block of them,

Still looking for that first locomotive!!!

I'd like to see more intermodal cars. Possibly even a "mix 'n match" of stand alone containers and stand alone well cars.

Scale gondola, single dome tank car and US styled fire trucks. (I'd reeeeally like a 1/48 Squad 51 and Engine 51 to go with my "Station 51" fire station!!)

I would like to see a separate sale 2426 style tender.  Almost every postwar steam locomotive looks better with the longer and more detailed 2426.  The problem is, you cannot find one for a decent price, even the more modern ones.  I wouldn't need a whistle in the tender, Actually, if the body was empty, it could be used to house electronics for people upgrading conventional engines with modern electronics.  This way, you could keep your stock tender, and only make the modifications to this new tender with a few wires running to the engine.  LED backup light and lanterns would be a big plus

Now that Menards has the Model Power line, there was a mansion that used to be available from Model Power and rarely shows up anymore.  I saw one once on ebay years ago and it went for WAY more money than was of sound mind to pay.  It may have been called Tower House Mansion or something similar.  It resembled the Addams Family house from the tv show. It those production plans exist I hope Menards produces it again!!  Pics of the house are hard to find as the actual model.

O gauge people in packs of 50 or so!

Would love to see O gauge fully painted seated figures in packs of 50 and O gauge fully painted standing figures in packs of 50 all at reasonable prices (not $25 to $30  for pack of 6).

Take a lot of people to fill passenger cars.

I get mine from a seller on the big auction site, Only problem is there is only about 6 different poses and about 3 or 4 colors for each, and I have to cut there feet off to fit in the cars as they seem to long in the down portion lol. Also takes about 2 - 3 weeks to get them. https://www.ebay.com/itm/50pcs...p2060353.m2749.l2649

I'd think you could find something close for the fire equipment; no?

  Roadbed would be cool.

So would a small side dump ore or coal bobber.  I was just looking at other scales swearing over it yesterday. Closest I know of is K-line set with loco/handcar, 6" Marx, and the one in the Lionel Kickapoo set with the "pure toy" plastic wheels and axles. There are the single truck shorties but not bobbers.  A two truck shorty wouldn't be awful.

I'd also like to see more short cars in general.

It took me a minute to realise why that bungalow looked so familiar, but it is the mirror image of my buddies place with more shades drawn. There are thousands in Detroit and it's suburbs too; they exist clear out to nowhere. One has been "painted in tar" and bright white oilbase from footing to peak, over shingles and window sash etc.. It looks melted, or like frosty icing in some lights... probably lead paint 🙃

Not a bad structure choice though.

"Soap N Duds" a laundry mat backed to a dry cleaning service. "Hobo or Queen; get your cloth's squeaky clean".  Before we had the wallmart freaks for fun ..we had laundry day
