I've spent the last 2 days modifying 8 Gargraves turnouts and have them operating very smoothly w/o any derailments.  These are manual turnouts and since I got them for free I want to add switch machines.  I've been looking at the Micro-Mark Switch Tender and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them.  They appeal to me for 3 reasons.  #1 - They mount under the table.  #2 - They provide constant (stall) pressure on the throw bar and #3 - They are reasonably priced.   Yes I know everyone recommends Ross and I have a pair of them but I'm determined to make the Gargraves operate smoothly which it looks like I've done.  Thanks for any feed back.
