I'm not sure what the status is with Midwestern Model Works , but not being familiar with the proposed Bethgon high wall gons would someone know when the prototype was introduced to service and which roads purchased them ? I'm assuming they would overlap with SD40 T-2's I've got on order ( Rio Grande ) and maybe up to the present so I'm trying to get some direction of where to go with my modelling era . I've got New Haven GP-9's due in from Sunset which more suit my earlier era interests so I'm trying to settle on both a road ( Rio Grande for later ) and New Haven for an earlier time frame . I'm aware the Bethgons would have been introduced long after the New Haven was gone . I had more thought of the RG SD40 T-2's as either something for the display case and / or a means to get Erik to produce some earlier prototypes . If anyone has any updates from Erik ( been a while since I've had contact ) on these cars or the engines it would be great - if you would like to send it via PM that's fine if you don't want to put it out in public .
