Has anyone ever made a O gauge model of Mikado #19.This is the engine used in the movie Emperor of the north. It carried Oregon Pacific and Eastern livery,I think it would be a great addition to any ones collection.
"Rod" locomotives (driven by rods, not gears) built for logging railroads usually had big boilers and small drivers. I'm not aware of any "O"Gauge models. But a Lionel "junior" Berkshire would be a good candidate for a conversion.
Come to think of it, the small drivers on JAMES, the red engine and friend of Thomas the Tank Engine, could be another starting point.
