I love the work Scott Mann has done with the new Military Hospital Cars and I enjoy all US military trains. Here are some photos of the cars and a quick Thanksgiving Day video of the train follows.

Those hospital cars are great. You can really see the patient beds. '67-'71 I was in San Antonio in college and frequently on Fort Sam Houston and they still had a complete Hospital train in reserve on base. Today there is one of those cars preserved at the military medical museum there, that you can go through. I'm not sure when they last ran those but I would suspect, during the Korean War.
What radius do you run those one?
I guess these cars have been released! I e-mailed Scott at 3rd Rail several weeks ago about them and never heard back.
Is the interior lighting LED - it seemed a bit on the bright side from the video.
