I guess I may have my answer. I mistakingly called the cradle, the yoke. It is the bottom portion, or cradle that is bent, somewhat squished downward, even though the bell swings for the most part.

If you look carefully at it if memory serves me right on the left with a magnifying glass or glasses you will see it has an area open once you get that to release the other side will slide out and is ready for the new bell and yoke assembly.
