I am about to purchase mini commander for my signalman caboose. The problem is that they only have instructions that cover the signalman box car. I would like to know if anyone can tell me how to install this in a caboose. I know it can be done but I don't know how. I would appreciate any help anyone can give

The Caboose is made by MTH. I know because I been trying to find one. Is there one in their NEW Catalog?..............Call ERR, they can be very helpful!! They might even have one to sell you for that Caboose!!

I got the caboose from another forum member for 70.00. The places listed on MTH's website have them but they are close to 100.00. Ken over at ERR told me that I would have to adapt to the caboose myself that is why I am here at the forum. A while back there was a post with pictures how to install it but I cannot seem to track it down. The caboose is very cool and I wish they would release it again.
Louie at Engine House Hobbies has modified multiple of my MTH operating cars (including signalman caboose) to respond to commands by installing ERR kits. I use my original TMCC controllers to operating my ERR modified cars.
Since it uses an operating track, one would presume it would be very similar to other conversions that also use an operating track. You're really just substituting the power from the operating track shoe with the MC-ACC output power.
