I saw a Lionel for sale ad that stated "All MOB unless noted." What does MOB stand for and are there other "initials" that I should be aware of? Thank you all in advance.

I would say Mint Original Box.

I agree with Art that is what the seller intended, but it is usually stated as MIB, meaning Mint In Box.
It could also mean 'Mangled Old Box'.
