Are you the guy that built Eric's Control Tower from Eric's Trains? Can you build just about anything for the right $$$$??  You should have great success with that type of talent.

I can make any era building with any kind of door.   The newest type of building construction is the concrete tilt up which I can make or metal sided.  Otherwise most buildings are older but with up dated doors and openings.  I recommend contacting me when we can both be on a computer going through my web site, Facebook page and just searching for images on line to pick out a building you would like.

Alan,   I can do this building as an accurate scale model that is all laser cut or use grantline windows to make a model that has a similar look and the feel of this building.   Choosing  the build method depends on what you want and what is your budget.   Please click on the "send an email link" in this post so we can set up a time to talk on the phone and exchange phone numbers.  The first picture of the hotel is laser cut scale model.  The coast guard station and Star Dust casino are built to have the look and feel of the original.
