Model Citizens is a crowd funded documentary film on model railroading. Sara Kelly is a journalism professor who loves model trains and is using this project to visit and film layouts and their CEOs. The site cantains footage of what she has accomplished so far.

Hopefully it won't go the direction of most documentaries, to be caught up in developement hell where funding is ever-elusive.
I have involvement pending in four documentaries, for 'talking-head' stuff for the subjects being discussed. I'm not holding my breath for any of them as I haven't heard anything on any of them for a while now.
This kind of thing can be funny, I've been called out of the blue to help out on TV shows in the past with almost no lead time. One show I did for the History Channel in 2005, they called me a week before filming, with no prior indication they even wanted me on the show. I had to move really fast on that one, but it turned out to be one of the most fun experiences I've ever had with media...
