As part of this weekend's National Train Day and "Parade of Trains" celebration at Grand Central Terminal, Athearn is sponsoring a coast to coast trip aboard private equipment coupled on the hind end of several Amtrak trains. Named the Grand Central Limited, a special drumhead was created for the occasion. Here's a shot of the private cars laying over at Chicago Union Station. They will come east on the Lake Shore Limited and be on display at the terminal this weekend.
