Decided to buy a second Cab 1 L remote, which was on sale, from ModeTrainStuff.  Got through the process on-line to the point of payment, got distracted, and didn't finish the purchase.  Started over the next day and ordered the thing.  In the time before I actually got it ordered, an email came from them, that I didn't see, saying something like, "Hey, you didn't finish your order process.  Finish up and we will give you an additional $10 off."  I send back and told them I had already gotten the purchase completed and on the way and it was my fault.  Their response was to credit my account anyway.

Kudos to a class operation!   I knew it already, but thought it would be worth mentioning again.

My main supply of trains is from MB Klein (ModelTrainStuff), and they do not disappoint! Best customer service around, compared to some other hobby shops around. If you ever need an item, they have the best prices and quick shipping. Got my Genesis 1943 from them a while back for only 265 I believe. The folks there are well informed also about their hobby. I would recommend them to ANY new comer to the hobby, or any veteran of it.
