modern Lionel RB truck bearing? (parts for vision line)

I noticed that one of my Visionline tank cars is missing a tiny metal bushing at the axle end inside the truck. It slops around a lot and is missing the end cap. I see the end caps on the Lionel parts site. I just don't see any truck parts. Do I have to buy the whole truck?

I'm guessing you are right, probably the only way to get the part. Sadly, Lionel lists all those trucks as unavailable.
