I can't seem to find a modern reefer factory where they would load up refrigerator cars. Anyone know of a company who makes one?

A factory that manufactures modern reefer rail cars??? Or a factory that manufactures products shipped via reefer rail cars????
Modern factory that ships via a reefer car would look like any modern factory. Peco's River made nice one's still see them on ebay all the time.
A factory that ships products via reefer. Sorry for not making it clearer. I'm looking for a factory that the whole engine and cars pull into

Uhh, seriously, when I first saw the post title I really thought he meant . . . you know, a place in Colorado that might be called Mary Jane's Mellow Mountain High Reefer Factory.

Well, we can assume these days there might be a reefer factory in Colorado, but
doubt it would be shipping products by train...
I had not seen that Pecos River building before....I was thinking a meat packing plant
was wanted, but have only seen kits of those in HO. Presume that Pecos River building would be a start for a meat packer, with stock pens and office building to
be added.
