There's a quick glimpse of 5500 at 1:41. It had rotary cam poppet valves with very visible outside support brackets. Amazing what you can find in these old videos.
The second locomotive, starting at 0:13, looks like a streamlined K4 but not the Torpedo. Any idea which one this is? I can't freeze-frame the image legibly.
According to "The Many Faces of the Pennsy K4" (Pennypacker and Stauffer) there were four K4's with that styling - 1120, 2665, 3678, and5338 (unnumbered pg 83, drawing)

To add on a bit: This version of K4 "streamlining" was designed and built by the Altoona shops. Some (including myself) think it more attractive than the Loewy Broadway Limited version. These 4 pulled the other "Fleet" trains, like The General.
The only O model I know of is the Williams brass version, which I own.
