Looking for some help on a  Railking item number 30-2662-1  The motor with the speed tape is working fine will start moving at one speed step and all the way up in speed steps but  the other motor will only start moving at speed steps at 13 or 14  or higher speed step in forward and reverse. I am running it with DCS I have removed engine shell to see if there where any unconnected wires are pinch wires everything looks fine. I have done a factory reset. I have engine  on a set of rollers and onces it reaches speed steps 13 or 14 the motor  that I'm having problems with will start working fine all the way up to 80 scale miles per hour and I have tried it on track with out rollers same thing. It's been 3 to 4 years  since engines has been used checked battery with DCS it said ok also on shut down with power off engine still plays sound file for a few seconds.
Thanks

This sounds to me like there is some sort of binding in the truck that keeps the motor from turning until it has gained enough torque at step 13-14.  With the shell off try carefully turning the flywheel on each motor (be sure not to damage the tach tape or sensor on the motor with that.)  and see if the one giving problems is even slightly harder to turn.   From there, go on to make sure that the gears are not binding anywhere and that they have lube.  There are other folks around that have more knowledge than I on how to lube or set the gears.
