As the comedian Rodney Dangerfield would say.
Anyone with pics of M.O.W. trains and/or equipment out there?
Here is mine from my last fan trip...
These last two photos I caught going home from work.

I started a thread with both 1:1 and 1:50 equipment here:
I have some photos from the Rocky Mountaineer ride I took in May of some MOW equipment on the CP transcon somewhere near Kamloops. I'll post them when I get home from work. MOW equipment doesn't get a lot of attention, but it is such an important aspect of railroad operations.
I'd love to see one of the big track laying trains in operation, they're quite something in the videos.
This was parked outside a motel that I was staying the night at:
But I thought it looked better with the flash:
note that it was gone before I got up so did not get any daylight photos.
I saw this rail grinder(?) in Dry Ridge KY:
Kind of reminds me of something that escaped from the London Tube!
I've got some 35mm ASA 400 night time shots of the Speno rail grinders in action at night on the FEC, if I can just find the box they are in I will post them.
Gravel and tie work on the Northeast corridor. This is their staging area, Westerly, RI. They are incredible machines,
I think they're going to need some of the track laying equipment out here!

Loram probably had the LT in mind when they designed that one. Here's a video of a similarly low-slung unit being towed in the NYC subway:

Here’s a couple
Here's a picture of the IRT number 6 in the Pelham Bay/Westchester Square of the northeast Bronx.......You can see the MOW cars being stored. I took these pictures in early June.....
