I'm thinking of buying a set of G gauge F7s

http://www.rrpicturearchives.n...ture.aspx?id=2702189

and converting the shells to MP15ACs.

At a quick glance the trucks look similar.  Could I put the MP15s on these old style trucks??

Can anyone tell me the differences in the trucks?

Is there a site that would have a drawing or dimensions of a MP15AC?

found some facts

can't find much about trucks, again.

The MP15AC model was designed and built with the "modern era" Blomburg, or "GP" design two axle trucks, which were/are the same as what came with, say GP40-2 models. The same applies to the MP15T.

The only difference in the journal boxes, shown in the linked photo above of the CSX unit, is the difference between the "original equipment" Hyatt oil filled roller bearing boxes, and the Timken cartridge "rotating end cap" roller bearing.
