Can anyone share with me their thoughts on the latest MTH 3.0 version of the Pennsylvania T-1 4-4-4-4 Duplex that was released at the end of 2015. Thanks!

awesome engine, not problems to report..
Came out real nice. I had the original PS1 version which used a orangish yellow that replicated a photo of the original real well, but wasn't the real color. The lettering on the new one comes across as gold. Color wise it matches the 3rd Rail set from years ago. Pulls at least a dozen passenger cars on level track without breaking a sweat.

One of the club members has one and it ran pretty good when I saw it running at Doug’s (Laidoffsick) Layout it took the hills pretty good
I have a mib ps1 version. Should I get it converted to ps3?
Great engine. The PS1 engine is a great locomotive to convert. That engine has the monster Pittman. I have converted a few for people and they run great.
I'll sell my near mint T-1 ps1 with the complimentary scale streamlined aluminum Weaver 5 car set.
No room even to display it anymore.
love it but needs a layout to run.
