Just got a "new in box" Berkshire Steam Engine and it seems to be stuck in reverse.  I've tried everything I can think of (throttle up and down, pressing direction button, shutting the power on and off, pushing the direction button while turning the throttle up and down).  Any ideas on what the problem might be and what I can do about it.  I'm hoping I can get this fixed, but if not, I can send it to someone to repair.  I'd appreciate any recommendations for repairs, with quality of repair being the most important factor.

Thanks,

Johnny
