My answer is: no
My opinion is: they will do this when they get their web site straightened out.
I have been a member since May 2012. Have never had access to the member areas on the website. I have had numerous and pleasant conversations with folks that are one layer below Mike on the food chain about this matter. They have been very apologetic and have said they are working on rolling out a new and improved site. I take that to mean that due to whatever reasons, it is not worth fixing the existing problem.
Having said the above, it is true that some folks that have been members for awhile still have access to their members only parts of the web site and woudl have no idea what I am talking about since all works just fine for them.
I suspect that the 2013 club cars may be announced concurrent with the aforementioned fix to the members areas of the MTH web site/new web site.
That is my personal opinion based on what I heard in conversations.
So, back to your original question: no, I have not heard when MTH will announce the 2013 club cars. But I am looking forward to it.
Yup that's it but there is no web site to order it only shows 2012. Maybe I will just call and order
