Hello All,

After the posts yesterday from Atlas & various long time modelers,I'm understanding Atlas' production schedule,as well as rerun schedule which is a "if ever again," schedule.

I understand their timing, now can modelers elaborate on MTH's rerun and production timing?

I'm wondering if I'll ever see GgP38-2s like MTH ran in the CSX YN2 scheme, either rerun or the diesel itself run in the newer YN3 or YN3B letter/color scheme.

Also,I been hoping they'll run the FBOX 50ft paper service boxcars again sometime soon, with the sliding plug doors.

Thank you all in advance for your replies. Hopefully, MTH officials are watching this forum as Atlas is.

I think it's likely the tooling will be re-used until it is no longer useable. When and whether they will make your desired road names and color schemes is anyone's guess. Not sure if emailing or calling MTH would get you any information?

Pretty sure most if not all the major manufacturers read the OGR forum, some participate and some just monitor, but they are here.

I'm waiting for a rerun of the USRA Light Mikado. They've done them in 3/2 but with PS2. The next rerun will have PS3. I had a 3 rail version from the first or second run which was a straight 3 rail engine. I sold it and put the money aside for the PS3 version. I'm hoping it will be in this new catalog or Octobers catalog.

I agree with RailRide, not all MTH products but many MTH products in recent years were made in what I assume were smaller quantities and you just don't see them that often on the secondary market. Especially the 2 rail stuff or more appropriately the scale wheeled stuff.
