I have an MTH DL110 which was brand new from Trainz at York last year. It has less than 5 hours of run time on it. It runs as a slave to the A unit. Recently I have had trouble with it derailing. I replaced the tires thinking this was the problem. With new tires on and on straight level track, the unit won't go 3 feet before jumping the track.I took it apart and ran it behind the A unit with the shell off.  I observed the rear motor started but then quit almost immediately. I disassembled it again and with the motor not in place, I found the gears will only go so far before they lock up. Its less than one revolution. Its as if there is something preventing the gears from meshing in normal operation. I looked hard to make sure nothing was in them. Has anyone experienced this type of failure? I know this is above my pay grade. Bill
