MTH equivalent to the LCS Sensor Track?

The Lionel LCS Sensortrack seems to be a nifty item that can be used for better control of the action on the track. It looks like this product could operate the digital track more like a conventional track for running blocking and such. Is there a MTH product that can do similar?
