Mth genset couplers

On the Mth website it says that the NS premier genset hi rail version doesn't come with couplers, but I thought that the hi rail models came with standard o couplers. Which is true of this model? Thanks!

Scale wheels doesn't have couplers, the Hi-Rail version I seen comes with the regular Proto couplers (Coil Claw).

Have the NS hi rail version which does have Proto-Couplers. And Oh the horse faces in the "right" correct direction.
