Does anyone here have any idea what the complete MTH Katrina fundraiser train would be worth. I bought the entire train at the time and have had it stored in its original shipping boxes. Just curious

I have seen the MTH Katrina boxcars pricing on the auction sites have been all over the board. Sometimes they barely make the original price and sometimes about double what the sold for. Never seen a complete set offered at one time.

Two items I have never seen on e-bay were the sw1200 engine and the bay window caboose that were part of the complete set if purchased that way. Obviously people bought individual box cars, but I never have seen the complete set offered or even talked about. That would make it one of the rarest modern day train sets around.
Maybe a picture of this unique set would be posted here.
I will see about getting the set out and taking some pictures to put on here
